SPAM® Spread Quesadillas

SPAM® Spread Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 4 Manny's® Burrito Flour Tortilla
  • 1 can SPAM® Spread
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup refried beans

Directions

  1. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons refried beans.
  2. Top 2 tortillas with the SPAM® Spread and 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  3. Top with remaining tortillas.
  4. Cut into wedges and serve with your favorite Mexican condiments such as sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
