SPAM Spread Quesadillas

SPAM Spread Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 4 CHI-CHI'S® (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1 can SPAM® Spread
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup refried beans

Directions

  1. Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons refried beans. Top 2 tortillas with SPAM® Spread and cheeses. Top with remaining tortillas.
  2. Cut quesadillas into wedges; serve with Mexican condiments such as sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
