Ingredients

  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can red beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 jar chili sauce
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cubed

Directions

  1. In skillet, fry bacon and onion until lightly brown. Add SPAM® Classic. Fry slightly; drain. Stir in all beans.
  2. In baking dish, stir together bean mixture, brown sugar and chili sauce. Bake 45 minutes, or cook in slow cooker 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  3. Heat oven to 350ºF.
