SPAM® Musubi

SPAM® Musubi

Ingredients

  • 2 slices SPAM® Classic
  • 6 ounces cooked white rice, seasoned with furikake and toasted sesame seeds, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon House of Tsang® Hibachi Grill® Sauce Sweet Ginger Sesame
  • 1 nori sheet

Directions

  1. In large skillet, cook SPAM® until lightly browned and crisp.
  2. Place 1/2 of rice into musubi press or small can. Place SPAM® on rice; drizzle with House of Tsang® sauce. Top with remaining 1/2 pf rice; press again. Remove SPAM® mixture from musubi press or can.
  3. Place pressed SPAM® mixture on nori sheet (shiny-side down); wrap up. Cut each musubi in half; cut each piece again in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
