SPAM® and Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can SPAM® Classic, cubed
  • 2 fresh chives, choped, if desired

Directions

  1. Whisk together eggs and milk.
  2. Pour egg mixture on to greased, medium-high skillet.
  3. As eggs cook, pull aside with a spatula to allow liquid to contact the skillet surface.
  4. When eggs are cooked, add cubes of SPAM® Classic to skillet.
  5. Reduce heat and gently stir mixture until meat is heated.
  6. Garnish with fresh chives, if desired.
