SPAM Cornbread Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5-ounce) package cornbread mix
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cubed
  • 1 1/2 (6-ounce) cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Stir in SPAM® Classic. Spread mixture into pie plate.
  3. Bake pie 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cornbread is done.
