Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (7-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg and oil. Stir in SPAM® Classic.
  2. Using 1/3 cup for each pancake, pour batter onto greased griddle. Cook until browned on bottom; turn and brown other side.
  3. Serve cakes with syrup or honey.
