Egg Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked large eggs, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 can SPAM® Classic, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix all ingredients; cover. Refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Spread sandwich spread on bread, crackers or toasted English muffins.
