Egg Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons celery , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green bell pepper , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 can SPAM® Classic 7 oz, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time
  3. Spread on your favorite bread, crackers or toasted English muffins
