Return Policy


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in the same condition you received it. Merchandise must not be worn or washed. If you have further questions or concerning about your return or exchange, please contact us at giftcenter@hormel.com or dial 800-LUV-SPAM (800-588-7726), then chose option #4.

Return Merchandise for Refund:

Return merchandise and include the following information:

  1. Include a note or letter containing the following:

    Your Name
    Your Address
    Your Daytime Phone #
    Photocopy of your SPAM® Shop Invoice Reason for return.
    State that you would like a refund*. Refund will be processed in the same method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
    *Refunds will be given for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be reimbursed.
  2. Package merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
  3. Ship the package back insured* to the appropriate address below:

*We are not responsible for lost or damaged items being returned to us. Credit can only be given if merchandise is received in like-new condition.

Return Merchandise for Exchange:

Return merchandise and include the follow information:

  1. Include a note or letter containing the following:

    Your Name
    Your Address
    Your Daytime Phone #
    Photocopy of SPAM® Shop Invoice
    Reason for exchange
    State item(s) you would like to return and what you would like instead for the exchange.
    Include Shipping and handling payment (see chart below) or price difference for exchanged items.
    Refunds will be processed in the same method of payment.
    Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
    *Refunds will be given for merchandise only.
    Shipping and handling charges will NOT be reimbursed.
    Your return address if different from shipping address on your original order.
  2. Package merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
  3. Ship the package back insured* to the appropriate address below:
